Dutch Colonial

For this house makeover, our approach was all about bringing light and life into every corner. We started by refreshing the paint palette with lighter hues, swapping out dated carpet for a fresher look, and updating light fixtures to enhance a more modern but refined ambience.

Furnishing the space with sleek, timeless pieces in neutral tones added a touch of elegance while ensuring a more broad appeal. With careful attention to layout and furniture sizing, we crafted a seamless flow throughout the entire house, promoting ease and comfort from room to room. To elevate the overall aesthetic, we introduced a blend of wood elements and black accents, adding a sense of sophistication and refinement to the space.

Before our restyling and interior direction this house sat on the market for months and then was removed due to low interest and offers in the low $900,000. After we reworked the home it sold with in 1 day for over 1M.

Our client was so grateful for our help, it really allowed her to relinquish control, her worries and stress and just let the process happen, and enjoy the results.
